Good components for my gaming pc?

I'm looking for a gaming pc after my Mac caught fire. My friend laughed and said I would never be able to make a pc but I watched a YouTube video on PC's and think I am ready to build a pc.

I'm pretty sure that this is a good build but wanted you to confirm that it is.

You have an entry level CPU paired with a top end GPU, that's a big bottleneck. You also have an overclocking Z270 motherboard with a locked CPU so its a waste of money. Also the quality of PSU is very important in a gaming PC and that ones low quality.

Your build is all over the place. What resolution and Hz do you want to game at? What else will the pc be used for? What's the budget?

I dont mean to be rude, but is this a joke? A g4560 with a high end mobo, a 430w evga w1 with a gtx 1080... and a 320gb HDD for storage?
