The other parts for my build im taking from my old pc and adding them to the new one like my 850 gold certified psu and 500gb hdd and dvd/bluray players. These are the parts that I am looking to get for my new build butt if anyone has any suggestions I would like to hear it so I can maybe exchange or something for a better part

CPU cooler is not the best. Yes, it's a water cooler... But it's a very low model.

I think that that cheap looking case just ruins the point of having high-end hardware.

Why DDR4 2133MHz on a Z170 board?

850 Gold is not enough information. What is the make and model of the power supply?

You are going to use a HDD in a gaming machine? Where's the SSD?

Can I have a budget and I'll see if I can squeeze in some more premium components?

The below build utilizes an SSD as the boot drive. I would recommend using your current HDD for storage. I got you a good case with several SSD/HDD mounts and a few ODD bays for your DVD/Blu Ray drives.

I wanted to still get you that 6700K you wanted, but couldn't fit a video card into the budget. However, I think you'll find that the 6700K has absolutely amazing integrated graphics. I think you'll be fine with it until you can afford a 1070 or something along those lines.
