I have just built my computer and its running fairly well, now my friend wants to build one also and he said he has a budget of $1000 US dollars. He said he did need an OS but he did not need anything else. Just the necessites. I have put together on but I dont think i did it right and i believe he said he wanted to go intel anyways. If one of you could put on together for me it would be greatly appreciated. :)

-PS, he also said he wanted to get the best bang for a buck so just keep that in mind ;)
