[SOLVED] Good computer running slow

Hi my computer has been running slow out of nowhere my specs are
i5-4690k 3.50GHz 4 cores
8gb ram
GeForce gtx 970
I can usually run games on ultra with 60-100fps but now I can barely run 50 I have no idea why

try using malewarebytes to scan system https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

Download CAM or some sort of Temp monitoring software and check your temps. It may be time to replace thermal paste. You could also have a virus.
