I know you don't want to overclock, but the unlocked version is just $5 more and trust me, overclock will be really useful when the PC starts to fall behind in the most recent games.

are you buying this pre-built or building it yourself? Is what you have listed going to cost $1000 or is $1000 your maximum budget for everything? And if $1000 is your maximum budget, do you already have an OS, KB/mouse, monitor, speakers/headphones, etc.?
