Good Cooler for Intel Xeon?

Anyone recommend a cooler for the Intel Xeon E3-1231, I'd prefer air cooled but if water cooled is better I'll settle for that.

Why not use the stock cooler?

You cant overclock it, it doesn't have turbo boost, basically its temps don't go high, unless it's 40 degrees in the room. Just use stock.

Cryorig C7 cooler. And the Xeon does come with a stock cooler.

If you don't have a stock cooler, I recommend this:

CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Alpine 11 Pro Rev. 2 36.7 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler ($11.88 @ OutletPC)

No need to spend a lot of money on a cooler if the CPU is unoverclockable.
