Good CPU + Bad GPU

If I have a CPU:AMD FX 8350 and a GPU: Radeon HD 7520 can I run GTA 5 on medium Setting with motion blur and all of that. And I have 8gb of ram

Hmm being honest i don't think so.. your graphics card only has a memory bandwidth of 25.6GB/sec.. that is very low

if you even tried running it. it will take a lot out of your cpu and cause your cpu to runn hot..

it probbaly won't run good either

A good cpu cannot make up for a bad gpu and vice versa.
