Solution
I like my Arctic Cooling Freezer XTREME Pro. It's huge but it's quiet and gets the job done. It's been running like a champ on my 140W Phenom II X4 965 so it should be able to handle pretty much any of the current crop of lower power chippery. It's not that expensive either. I think you can get it for less than $50.

Solution

My computer has been shutting down recently due to basically anything from browsing the internet to watching a video after I replaced my PSU with the seasonic there are traces of dust on the GPU and CPU fans and when I was investigating the immense heat was coming from the GPU fan and minor heat from the CPU fan probably from the dust but I'm not sure yet so I wanted to ask what good CPU fan brands would be efficient and compatible with my system.

I just looked up how it looks and are you sure something that big is gonna fit and much less will I be able to screw it in?
