good Cpu/Gpu choice?

Hi guys i want to ask , what is best for a casual gaming pc? not big budget but i can afford an i5 4430 or a i5 3330 with a 7750 or go for a fx 6300 with a gti 650ti .. so what is the best choice? thinking with a low budget mobo and rams . Thanks

Out of those 3 builds, the one with the FX 6300 is the best.

I think you are missing the point of the A10. You wouldn't need a video card to go with it. Getting an A10 and then adding a 7750 is defeating it's purpose. You also would not need a 500w psu with any apu. Also, don't get an A10 unless you get the new fm2+ motherboard. That is what Kaveri will use next year. An a10 with 1866mhz or faster RAM will play anything @ 720p. Of course you could stick with the fm2+ motherboard and get a Athlon x4 750K or 760K and pair it with a 650 or 7750 and it would outperform the A10 by itself for only $40-50 more, and you could still upgrade to Kaveri later. AMD's apus all have turbo, but they all lack L3 cache(not a big deal for 720 gaming)...

Well, instead how about a budget for Cpu, Motherboard, Ram and Gpu. For gaming, you want the best possible Gpu while still getting a Cpu that is strong enough to push it. Within a given budget, we can guide you to the best performance for your money spent.

i have almost $600 and I have 3 builds that are like:
intel i 5
h81m-e33 moba (for i5 4430) and msi B75MA-E33 (for i5 3330
2xhyperX dd3 1600mhz 2gb
xfx or a sahpphier one 7750
sata III 500gb
and a corsair cx500 w

on the other hand we I built an AMD
fx6300
msi B75MA-P45
same dd3 rams 2xhyper 1600 2gb
asus gtx650ti
and a corsair cs500 w

i got the links but they are of a chilean page because i'm from Chile and I'm looking for good people like you guys to teach me something

Well an i5 system would be a really fast overall PC, but an i5 is overkill for budget gaming.

I recommend getting a really good case, psu, and motherboard to build on, then grab an i3 and some cheap ram. A HD 650, 650ti, 7750, or 7770 would be plenty, but it's hard not to recommend a 7850 right now because of price/performance ratio.

A good case, psu, and mobo would provide a solid foundation to upgrade on over the next few years when you will inevitably want better performance(and have more $$$)

An i3 will provide a strong upgrade path to get an i5 or i7 later.

or....


You could get an A10-5800K/6800K now with a fm2+ motherboard. You could handle 720 gaming now without a video card, and you could upgrade to Kaveri next year or so.

but n body talks about the apu ones they are worthy enought? upgradable for next generations?
they dont really have and a turbo cache or something like that , dont they?
When i first looked for a build they was my starter point then I passed to fx and now to i5 D= is worthy enought to play something like hmm btf4 with and apu A10?

Just a tip for you my friend:
CPU is never an Over kill for a gaming rig regardless it's a budget p.c or an extreme rig.
The better the cpu, the better compatible parts it can have.

I like the Amd fx6300 Cpu, 970 chipset motherboard, 8gb's of ddr3 1600mhz ram, and solid case 500w + Psu build. Then grab yourself a 1tb HDD(anything less isn't worth getting because of pricing) and the best video card you can afford. There is an upgrade path there, and you aren't shorting yourself anywhere. As has been said, the Radeon 7850 is a great Gpu for the price right now.

ok i respect all the answer here and Taking a part of every one I build a 6300 an i5 and a apu A10 with almost the same amount of money , look at them plz =/!

first one is a A10 5800k
moba Asrock fm2 A75,pro4-M
2x4gb hyperX 1600mhz
xfx 7750
and a corsair cx500 500w

then we have an a 6300

msi B75MA-P45

ANY i3 is more than powerful enough for budget gaming. All i3s offer great upgrade paths.

The FX 6300 is probably the best cpu value on the market right now, but we still don't know if AMD's next generation will still use the Am3+ motherboards(probably not) so you're upgrade path is limited(however you could go longer without need one).

I still think you're best off investing more money in your foundation to start(case and motherboard especially, and then psu) allowing you to upgrade the other parts at a later time.
