Good CPU/GPU combo?

I have about £600 lying around to spend on a new build (approx $850 usd) on a build and I haven't been fully keeping up with the tech scene. (I'm fine on the OS/Peripherals)

Basically, can someone recommend me a decent CPU/GPU combo for £300-350, not planning on overclocking.

And while you're at it if possible, a decent-ish mobo for it?
I should be fine on finding a suitable case/psu/etc

Is the difference between ddr3/4 that huge?

The CPU and mobo you have would work well together. You could use one stick of RAM until you get another, but performance suffers a little with single channel. The difference between DDR3 1600 and DDR4 2133 isn't all that great, but when you get into the faster speeds with DDR4, some games show a significant difference if FPS. The PSU is a Tier 3 and not quite as good of quality as the Seasonic.
