Question Good Cpu?(i5 3570k)

So i found this pretty good deal on a i5 3570k considering others were around 80-100ish this one is 50 dollars. but it says some of the pins are oxidized will that affect performance or does it mean that the cpu is broken?Also Is this a legit deal and not a scam?

That means some pins are rusty. Stay away that CPU is not in good condition
