Question Good CPU temp when playing fortnite?

My current cpu is: i7-9700F
When I play on 144FPS the cpu temp is around: 59 - 68 Degrees.
Is this a safe temp for the CPU? if so what is the highest safest cpu temp?
Also does anyone know any software's I could use to maybe decrease my CPU temp without doing anything to my case / build?
Also with 120FPS it seams to get around 59-71

Its safe, the highest safe is 85C.

don't have a intel stock cooler. Also before my temp was fine
