I'm going to build a pc sometime soon and I want a "small" case, one of these cube cases which have the mother board installed horizontal/flat and I want it to be small not really small but so I can fit it on my desk and also have a micro atx board and have a full size gpu and a pretty big cpu cooler and for the price of it, it doesn't really matter because I have no idea what they cost so just give me some good recommendations. also I don't know what kind of cooling they support so if they have support for water cooling and making it less tall thats better. and also have good airflow

are there something more sharp and with more windows like the thermaltake core p5 or something and also with the micro atx board it doesnt have too be that I have like no idea about MoBo sizes just it supports full size gpu and cpu cooler that will be fine but I want something that looks really cool.
so what i want is like full side window and sharp edges and not like the front on the v21

If you need/want to know what specs im going to use that would be like a gtx1070ti some cpu I dont know yet but high end i5/i7 or ryzen 5 or 7 don't know yet, some ssd and like 16gb ram and some psu and + everuthing else that you need.

Thermaltake Core P3 and it's versions are smaller than Core P5, (P3: 512 x 333 x 470 mm vs P5: 608 x 333 x 570 mm),

Though, Core P-series cases are "open air" type and not "cube" type as you first requested.

For "really cool" looking open air case, how about Cougar Conquer,

You're not going find anything better than the core v21 and v1 when it comes to cube cases. They are they most logically laid out for internal components. This makes them easy to work in and have the best simplistic air flow design which is one 200mm fan as an intake. In my research the only other case the peaks my interest is the Skyreach 4 mini, but it is not a cube case and it requires an internal power board and A/C adapter:

The only problem with the V21 and V1 is the maximum length of your video card.

For awhile, I was using the V1 case myself. I had to take off the front face and carefully install the Gigabyte 1070 (model GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD) before putting the face plate back on. For all intents and purposes, it should never have worked, and it did put stress on the GPU power connector, but not enough to be of concern. And yes, it was as much a chore at removing it too.

Edit: In addition, the power and reset buttons are annoyingly close to the USB ports. I've accidentally restarted/turned off the PC while attempting to remove a USB flash drive. So extra caution should be used.
