I purhased this GPU on Amazon: Radeon HD6450
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004X6ABTM/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My specs:
OS:Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: AMD Phenom 8750B Triple Core @ 2.4 Ghz
Ram: 2GB
GPU: Radeon HD6450

I just need to know if this will be good enough for low quality gaming. And not on games like BF3, but really want to ply Skyrim and Far Cry 3 (2, if I can't play 3) and just want to see if I can play them with my current build?

I'm not saying that you can't play them... you can. It'll just run at a ridiculously low framerate. On one of my computers, I have a GT 630 as a backup card. It's about twice as powerful as the 6450. It struggles to play FC3 at medium low settings. In fact, it struggles to play nearly any game made after 2011.

Here's my recommendation. If your mobo and PSU supports it get the AMD 7730. It's decent and at least 3 times more powerful than the 6450. And it's cheap. To give you an idea of how bad the 6450 is, it's worse than Intel integrated graphics. It's only good for basic internet browsing, MS Word, etc. I would get a 6450 if I had a processor without integrated graphics (AMD FX 4300/4100, Phenom II X4, etc.) and only wanted...

Definitely? I read multiple reviews, and watched game play, of these games on the HD6450. I guess I shouldn't even ask-- I'll play them, and if it doesn't work, it doesn't work! But I'm pretty sure it will work, based on the results from 'Can I Run It', video/gameplay reviews, and info from the wikis of the games. Thanks, though ^^

The 6450 is the bare minimum of a graphics card. Cards from 2007 are more powerful than it XD

TRUST ME! :)

EDIT: And the 6450 uses DDR3 VRAM... pretty much no graphics card uses that anymore. DDR5 is the new standard

Well, a new CPU is not happening--- this IS my new CPU. And I don't think I'm gonna buy anything. I mean, whats the point of PC gaming, or gaming in general. Thanks though! :)
