Processor>> Core_i3_8100 3.6GHz with 6MB SMART CACHE.
Motherboard>> Asus EX-H310M-V3 DDR4 8th Gen Intel LGA1151 Socket.(Future upgradable)
RAM>> Corsair Vengence RGB 8GB DDR4 3200MHz with Heatsink.(Another 8GB will be added later)
Will 3200MHz RAM work with that motherboard anyway.
Graphics Card>> Gigabyte NVIDIA GT1030 2GB DDR5 (Will be changed with better Video card)
HDD>> WD/ Samsung 1TB standard HDD.
CPU cooler>> Thermal tech contact9 or better.
Casing>> Any brand with (4 fan build in must+ optionals slots for more)
DVD RW>> Asus DRW 24DTMT or better.

Please suggest which powersupply do I need to run this without damaging any parts for low power problem.
Also suggest if there is a way to run casing fans with another spare powersupply that I have.

Solution
your system is low power ... will work full around 150 watts as configured., ..

but since you are planning on adding a better card in the future , get 450-550 watts power supply

the Seasonic Focus Gold is a good option and cheap.
