I’m going to buy an RX 580 and was wondering if my PSU will be good enough as I’m getting mixed results when I google it. Thanks.

No it's not , a decent 550w would be a better choice for the RX580.

Here's a nice list to bookmark ^ A 570 would probably run fine on the CX450.

I still think the 550w is a better match.
