[SOLVED] Good enough specs but bad performance?

Admittedly this is my first ever self made rig so I might have overlooked something obvious idk.

I got an RTX 2080, i5-9400f, 600 Watt PSU and 1x8gb of ram but I can barely play COD Warzone on the lowest possible graphics. Shouldn’t I get more performance out of this?

That’s gonna be an issue. 16 gigs of ram is pretty much necessary for modern titles these days, as well as dual channel ram. Get yourself a 16 gig kit of ram, 2x8.

Why? You have one of the strongest GPUs out there, increase the quality this should also help with the smoothness since it will push more work from the CPU to the GPU.

Sounds like he just added that part about the lowest possible graphics to emphasize how poorly it runs even when he tried low settings, I think he tried higher settings already.

The thing is that games generally run worse the lower the settings are,unless the problem is with the GPU.

Just because one thing improved the situation doesn't mean that it can't be improved further.
