The G-skill PI is awesome ram. Very stable and very overclockable. I've built 5 pc's for family members in the last three years(including my 2), all with G-skill and have not had to RMA any of it.

8-$900 Cdn for a full build, including monitor?

You need to make some adjustments then.

That case comes with a bad power supply. You have to spend more on a PSU to protect your system and have a stable computer.

I don't see an E8400 on that budget. Not when you want a good motherboard.

Case CM 330
PSU OCZ 500W

CPU PII X3 720 BE
CPU cooler Sunbeam
MB ASRock 790GX
RAM G.Skill 1066 4GB

GPU Sapphire 4830
Monitor Acer 19"

HD WD 250GB
DVD Pioneer

That pretty much uses up your budget however, and does not include a keyboard, mouse, or operating system.
