CPU fan or a fixed case fan?
a few good CPU fans are; Scythe Yasya SCYS-1000 Thermaltake Silent 1156

If it is a fan for the case walls then it all depends on the size of the case as if its too small then a 140mm might not fit into place and/or cover up some ports on the motherboard in which you need to connect some cables to i.e a fan slot or even the back panel connectors will stop the fan from going into place
