Good Fans for Corsair 300R

**I won't be overclocking but plan on having a GTX 770**
I know the case comes with a 140mm front and 120mm rear, but I'm assuming they are average stock fans, looking at either replacing them or adding to them with good, quality but affordable 140mm and 120mm fans. Any recommendations? Also, configuration setup of the fans would be greatly appreciated too, intake and exhaust locations?

I like Cougar fans: high CFM low noise and pretty dependable (not one has failed in 4 years-I have installed about 20 in different rigs. Airflow: intake in front and bottom, exhaust from top and rear.
