I'm about to graduate high school, and my gift is a new computer. I don't want to go too overboard, but these components are what I'm looking at. I'm not wanting to go over 1250 and I don't want to overclock.

i can recommend you that a 100% because thats basically my rig.

note: its basically my pc again

note2: i don't like the stock noise from the intel cooler so grab something like a cryorig h7 its 30 dollars.
