Literal answer? yes, it's a fine enough system for gaming.
Expert answer? Not a good value, could spend that money on some better hardware options if building it yourself.
In case you are someone who thinks it may be hard to put together a PC I can assure you it's not. Everything plugs into the motherboard using a very unique connector as well as the fact that everything is properly and clearly labeled on the motherboard itself so there is virtually not chance of plugging the wrong thing into the wrong place. And there are a plethora of YouTube videos out there that will guide you through the process.
If you want a pre built system and like that one then go for it.
If you'd like a parts list for a build that you can put together yourself that will have better hardware for about the same price then don't hesitate to say so and myself and others will gladly give you builds.
