go with a four core cpu and put as much as you can into the gpu

Gtx 760 for $250 or you might be able to find a HD7970 or a 280x on sale for just under $300. This is assuming your power supply can handle one of those cards.

what are recommended power supply to use? i use a 630w

Like they said, more towards GPU and less for CPU.
