Good for some Garry's Mod?

So i have been looking for a laptop for my girlfriend. She wanted to play with me and she doesn't own a computer. So i searched Amazon and i found a laptop with these specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.67Ghz
4gb 800Mhz DDR2

It only costs 122€ and that is what i got no more money :/
But can it run Garry's Mod?
And if can what settings?

You should be able to play medium/low settings, some users with similar specs get lag on high.
