good G965 board for OC

Which board is very good for overclocking a Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 or Asus P5B-VM mATX or Gigabyte GA-965GM-S2. I have a core Duo E6420 and Geil 2Gb PC6400 800Mhz CL4. I don't plan on buying a graphics card till sept when DX10 cards are out and I get more money together. :lol:

Is it harder to overclock the G965 than the P965?

the p965 is a better overclocker .
