Not really. Micro ATX boards are very small and generally not very good for gaming. The Athlon is very weak and pretty old. The 270 is decent, but you can get better. I suggest something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2muQM .

I would buy mine. But CTurbo's is $30 cheaper, so if I had $30 less I'd buy it.

There won't be much difference between the two in gaming. I would probably just go with the FX 6300. That extra $30 could go somewhere else in the build like a 2TB hard drive instead of a 1TB hard drive. It could make the difference between a good 970 series motherboard and a great 990FX series motherboard, or a bigger better case.... etc

can you actually take out the PSU on a psu in the case? and whats so bad about the PSU?

Yes you can. It is a fairly low power and low quality PSU, and low quality PSUs are not fun when they fry your computer.
