Looks good in terms of the GPU and CPU, as well as RAM. I also think your other parts will suit you just fine. Might want to try an EVGA 750 Watt Power Supply instead, since I have had troubles with my Corsair PSU when I built my first PC.

This is not a good build for gaming. The GTX960 has no business in a $1300 build. You are spending WAY too much on cpu power and no where near enough on gpu power. A $1300 build should have a GTX980. Also, that psu is not very good.

I opted with a GTX970 + 250GB ssd instead of the GTX980
