Looks pretty good, but lose the 1x2GB memory stick - the 2x4GB is sufficient and the 1x2GB might cause problems - also need a mobo, would suggest the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, unless planning to SLI in the future the PSU is overkill, can go with a 500 Corsair
