good gaming monitor pc

Hi Afry,

The monitor has no free-sync or g-sync and has a relatively low 56 - 75 Hz refresh rate, which means you will have noticeable screen tearing in most games.
That also means there will be a 13 - 17 ms delay. Although to make a final answer ill need to know a couple things:
What games are you looking to play?
What are your specifications?

Thanks,

oscian

I play mostly WoW and Heroes of the Storm. But I also end up playing a lot of action RPGs.

AMD - FX-6300 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
Asus - M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
XFX - Radeon R9 280 3 GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card
Samsung 500g internal SSD

I am on a bit of a budget as well I'd like to stay under 200$ if possible but if it's an awesome one I could maybe go slightly over. I have a 22" at the moment and would like to go for a 27".

I'll be upgrading parts in the near future, thanks for any help.

Considering you're playing WoW and HotS and RPGs this monitor is a good choice for your price point. If you end up playing FPS games then the monitor won't perform as well. But for your specs and game choices, go for this monitor.

Thanks,
