Good Gaming Monitor vs Good Gaming Mouse/Keyboard Combo

Hey guys i'm new to the forums so if i'm in the wrong section just notify me

Basically i'm building a new computer which should be able to run most games at a high enough FPS that a 144hz monitor should be able to run without any problems - the model I'm referring to is the Asus VG248QE. There is also the option of getting an expensive Roccat bundle of a mouse and mechanical keyboard, but i'm on a tight budget and can only get one of the two... So i would like to know what you guys believe is the most worth it to get; a brilliant monitor or mouse and keyboard combo... im probably over thinking the whole scenario but i want to maximize my money. I already have one of each but they are stocks for a computer that is like 5 years old so basically i have a meh monitor a ****ty mouse and a ****ty keyboard but il stick with them if the monitor is more worth it....

Sorry for such a lengthy question but im in a weird situation

I would definitely go for a better monitor. Keyboards and mice can be brought by day to day savings anytime. You won't go for a monitor soon again so it's time to buy it now.

IMO, get a 60hz monitor and a decent mouse/keyboard set.

i have a 1600x900 monitor which is at 60hz it came with an HP computer i bought like 5 years ago... it should be good enough for now
