Good gaming monitor?

I'm looking to buy a good gaming monitor for my first build. I don't want it over $200 and my gpu will be the GTX 780 Ti any recommendations?

Comes down to personal preference but I like the Asus ones, and go HDMI!

I just got my VS247H-P in the mail today, I LOVE it. Bought it on Amazon for $135. 2ms, 1080p, HDMI/DVI/VGA ports. 23.6".
If you want to go a bit cheaper, I was also considering the 228H-P around $115. Same ports, 5ms, 1080p, 21.5".
Can't go wrong with Asus monitors (except for the flimsy stands).

You may have to adjust the display settings etc. because my display was yellowish out of the box.
