Good Gaming monitor?

Hi. I have decided on this monitor, and I will be using it for primarily gaming. Is this a good choice?

I don't think IPS panel is good for gaming, and such cheap price is probably not going to buy any good IPS panel at all.
I'd rather choose TN panel for fast response time and some game features like ZeroFlicker, Black eQualizer, motion blur reduction...
