Im looking for a 1080p Pc monitor with good quality and 1-2ms response time. It needs to be less than 200$, ive been searching for awhile but i can't seem to find any. They either have good quality with a low 5ms response time, or they have 1-2ms but bad picture quality. Any suggestions?

Here were some that i found:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009484&cm_re=1920x1080_monitor-_-24-009-484-_-Product
-Havent seen any reviews or videos, or know the response and refresh rate

-People say it dies or messes up after a couple of months of use, and there are reports of ghosting and leaking

-People say it has a bad picture quality and washed out colors, other than that it has great response time and refresh rate

Any other suggestions?

Don't dig into it until you have all the information - refresh rate, power usage rating, colour panel, contrast... I can already tell that the one you proposed doesnt' show enough information.

Oh, and, mine is LG 24MP55 IPS LED panel A++ economy monitor.

At the time I bought it, it was the best 24" IPS panel in my country, featuring 2ms response time, 60Hz refresh rate, HDMI input panel and has its own speakers in case you hooked it up to a laptop.

can you give me a suggestions of which one to get? because there are many
