I've been researching on what I should get for my gaming pc with a $800 budget. So far, I've come up with this build:

If you have any idea on how I could make this better, I would really appreciate the advice. I will mostly be gaming on it and also start streaming with OBS.

I did the streching Jsgrant31 suggested and came up with a build with the same price as yours but with GTX 970 (no ssd):

With that H97 board you can get the cheaper, non-K variant of the 4690 as you won't be overclocking. Your GPU should be good for most games at 1080p/60Hz; some games (GTA V for example) might need more than 2 GB VRAM. Just depends on what you want to play. Note the compatibility issue as identified by PCPartPicker, but it's pretty minor.

I would put in a better PSU.

Otherwise good build for $800. I'd be tempted to stretch the budget for an SSD and a 970 though.

This build have better PSU and GPU. The other changes was meant to reduce the cost, but you wont see any performance drop from those changes, only some features might be unavailable. noting serious.
