Well like I stated earlier your build is perfectly fine. You'd have to stretch your budget more if you wanted to fit a 7950 more like around $1150. I mean your components are already picked out well enough. You could drop down to a i3 2120 or their 1155 pentium series and pick up this

http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-LGA1155-CrossFireX-Motherboard-GA-Z77-D3H/dp/B007R21K9E/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1336018213&sr=8-8

http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-Dual-Core-Processor-BX80623G850/dp/B00520I9VA/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1336018272&sr=1-2

Then upgrade your processor later yet still have a good motherboard to fit the 7950 since you've cut around $120 on the cpu.

Actually, rather than get a 7950 get a 7870 much better choice...

There's a diamond or visiontek 7850 on amazon as well for about $50 bucks cheaper which you can in turn spend on a higher quality mobo or PSU. Other than that slight suggestion everything looks to be in order IMO.
