good gaming pc build?

Solution
Get a CPU liquid cooler it may cost a bit but great for overclocking. Try the Corsair H100i.

A 2400MHz RAM isn't needed for gaming but for rendering or editing it will be useful and also streaming it will be great. But a 1866MHz will be fine.

Since you have quite a high budget and a great processor for overclocking the Devil's Canyon. Consider the Asus Maximum Hero VII, in my opinion it is a beast when it comes to Intel overclocking.

Get a Samsung EVO SSD instead (500GB).

Only get a 1000W PSU if you actually plan a 3 way SLI as a 850W will be more than enough for a 2 way SLI if you do plan in the future. But if not then just get a 750W.

Anyways that's a beast build.
