Solution
But you already has a Sapphire R9 270X 2GB, right 😀
Anyway its a good gaming build for 1080p.
You could buy a cheaper still great for overclock motherboard and a good enough 2x4GB kit.
That will give you money enough for a SSD/HD solution:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Newegg)

Limited budget? no-k i5/H81/R9-280x has better gaming performance than i5-k/Z97/R9 270X for same money.
Limited budget? good enough 8GB RAM instead of 16GB will help you get a R9-280x/R9-290/GTX970.
Good HD options: WD blue 7200k 1TB / Barracuda 7200k 1TB.

Solution

Your motherboard, CPU and power supply sound like good choices. You may find the graphics card starting to struggle with newer titles and would advise you look at getting something like an R9 280x as a replacement.

Case wise I have an NZXT phantom full tower case which has a fan controller and works great. Memory wise i would recommend Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz CL9 2x8GB kit. As for hard drives you can't beat an SSD as your main drive, in which case i recommend a Samsung Evo 256GB SSD. Get a secondary 1TB HDD for storage.

Best of luck and hope this helped!
