Good gaming pc for 60 fps on minecraft constanly on max settings

Does anyone know a build for a computer that can run minecraft on max settings at 60+ fps and also with the tekkit mod pack at 60+ fps?

$700 or less would be best for me but i can go higher if needed

I need an OS but no mouse or keyboard.

That build can kill minecraft lol. Trust me a 7870 is a really good card and the FX 6300 is a good CPU too. I'd say go for it.
