Good Gaming PC for ~$650 OR this build

So basically, I am building a computer for my friend and I need to find a good gaming pc with the set price and I would like to include everything like monitor, OS, peripherals, etc. The build that I made is about $750 but I would recommend the price at about $650.

MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THE PC BUILD:

Power Supply - EVGA 500W 80PLUS
Case - NZXT Source 210
Wireless Card - TP-LINK RL-WN881ND
OS - Windows 8
Monitor - Dell D2015H 19.5
Optical Drive - ASUS 24x DVD-RD

TOTAL COST - 746.45

Please add, subtract, or improve parts from this build or come up with a new one. HE decided that he wants to upgrade it over the time. Also please post only parts from Amazon and Newegg. Include discounts and mail-in rebates. Thank you and please post ASAP.

any particular reason why you picked the red side?

Should work pretty well, But change the PSU for an XFX one if possible, the PSU younlisted isn't the best in quality.
