The HD 7770 is a good graphics card don't misunderstand me, but you could get a better GPU if you buy an i5 3570k or something like that.

Unless you're going to use the processing power of an i7, change it to an i5 and upgrade the GPU. No bottlenecks at all with any of those CPU's if you wanted to know.
Any budget or something ? What resolution are you playing ?

Well the i7 is crazy overkill for gaming, and a 7770 doesn't need 2GB of video RAM. How much does it cost is actually what we all need to know...

Well that's a graphics card, I was referring like a 3570k with a 7870 or a similar GTX, but that's great.
Even with a 680 is an excellent choice.

I personally don't like those DELL or Alienware PC's, the cases are nice, but I like to build PC's. So I can't give you an opinion about the Dell XPS 8500, I don't want to give you an opinion about something I don't really know how good it is.

I like to build because you can choose the exact hardware for your needs.

Don't go with PC2, you're going to have a CPU that is way overkill with a GPU that won't be able to hold it's own at all.

You're much better with an i5 with a gtx680 trust me.

You'll get a lot better framerate from that choice. PC2's GPU sucks.

I know how it feels to be scared that you might mess up while your building but its like putting legos together but a little more sophisticated. Youtube how to build pc's, read manuals from the motherboard, and in the end you will be satisfied. You can get a

actually guys I know that building up the your own system cuts off the price, but Im after High End PC Specs that can last 5 years I think. I was thinking if I choose PC2( thinking if its a high end pc) the price is good and along with it is a Monitor 23" actually that price is not just a PCU its a set. while PC1 is Just a PCU.

the items listed above are high end compared to other pcs, it will easily last you for 5 years. Plus the performance of the 7870 is better than the 7770. If you choose to add another 7870 you add another 30-40 fps depending on which game. For example BF3 utilizes crossfire-amd gpu/ sli-nvidia gpu really well.....When 5 years come you dont need to buy another computer when you can just upgrade the parts at a fraction of the price. Trust me I bought a prebuild from cyber power half a year back and i just ended up replacing most of the parts in the pc.

Definitely go with PC1, After having built 2 pc's of my own, you come to realize that premade computers just don't compare to a computer you built yourself. Personally, if you want high end graphics, the 7770 is not a card that will do the job for you. That being said, you do not need to get a 690, in my opinion it is too overkill. I would go with the i5, and for the graphics go with either a 670/680 or an AMD chip 7950/7970. But if your concern is that you also want peripherals to fit into your budget, simply go with a MSI 660ti Power Edition, you wont be dissapointed.

Yeah and my PC costs under $1000 and beats the sh!t out of your "Super Alienware" lol. I was gonna buy an HP desktop this past summer until the Tomshardware guys convinced me to build my own. TRUST ME! It is SOOOOOOOOOO worth it! Also the 690 is strong, but also a complete waste of money.
