as gilbadon said 8gb 500 to 600 W will be good with a 970.

intel n NVidia will beat ur specs anyday with a cooler and a lower power intake.
Those specs are very good overall. Some advice I would give from personal experience is that you need a GPU upgrade and an SSD boot drive that is also used to store your main games. This single largest performance increase I noticed on my gaming PC was when I added a Samsung 850 Pro as my boot drive and put Titanfall, BF4, WoW and Diablo 3 on it. Also, I'll spare you some headache that I got from not knowing what I was doing: When you install the SSD, dont forget to enable AHCI in the BIOS.
