Solution
ASUS is mentioned on the power supply, which look like they are describing a power brick. GTX745 4GB is definitely an OEM only card, and it is a terrible marketing ploy to make it 4GB, card would never need that much. Not sure what we are looking at here.

Here is a rough equivalent design with a faster video card if this isn't yet purchased.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($25.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($87.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper...
Not technically a working system there, so no. Motherboard and CPU are incompatible. LGA1155 MB vs LGA1150 CPU.

That from an OEM? Power supply is tiny and the GTX745 is not a public release.

And SO-DIMM memory? Is it an all in one?

This, do you mean h77 not h97?
