If you go with the Evga get at least the 600w version. The 550w xfx or the 650w Seasonic m12 are on sale for $55 and either is better than the Evga. The psu is not a good area to skimp on. What's your budget for the system and where are you located?
For gaming drop the i7 and get an i5. A 4690k and a z97 board would be the best option. The 770 is kinda overpriced the re 290 is priced similarly and is faster. But with the money saved going from a i7 to an i5 bump the gpu up to a gtx 970. Logisys is on the list of PSUs to avoid they are potential system killers. Get a better 550w psu from Seasonic, Antec, or Xfx. You also didn't list the rams speed just size. For gaming get atleast ddr3 1600 with a cas of 9 or less.
