I looking to finally get into pc gaming but not sure what parts to buy and where from. My budget is 800. I will only use this pc to game on. I also want to be able to upgrade in the future. I would appreciate a list of parts that I need to bu for this if possible. Is it possible to play new games with this price.

I'm 11$ dollars over. You could probably downgrade to an i3 4160. that would take away not only 100$ off the top of this build, but it would lower your performance significantly.

You can support a lot of new games with this build, maybe running them at mediocre fps. the 500w power supply is good for this build and will support future upgrades, only up to an extent and the extremity of the upgrade also.

thank you for the info, I really appreciate it. ive been looking everywhere for two weeks and reading up on stuff and there is just so many things involved with pc gaming. so are the graphics with this build better than console and whats mediocre fps, are you talking like console or lower.

Oh, the graphics you will get are way better than console 😛 and mediocre fps is like playing bf4 with 50 - 60 fps on Ultra.

Any build is easy to upgrade, as long as you have the power for it. This build will last you 3 years before getting outdated, and even then it will perform good. Win 8.1 64 is fantastic for this.
