Few questions;
Should i go with the MSI gtx 970 Twin Frozr V its 26$ so its peanuts but i've heard mixed reviews, some say the wind-force 3X some say the MSI based on performance etc.

Should i get a better CPU cooler if I'm overclocking the CPU to 4GHz+

Should i change anything that would increase performance at minimal cost ($100 max difference for each component)

I am Australian please keep that in mind for cost and other things like that

Any questions let me know

Cheers

Can't answer question about the 970

If you want to overclock over 4.4Ghz then I would get a better CPU cooler.

I would go for a better quality PSU but lower wattage as well as the 970 doesn't draw much power. An XFX or SeaSonic one is highly recommended.

Thank you i'm glad everything is good (first time builder struggles) and i'm glad the case is great
thanks again

The EVGA G2 in his build is made by Superflower, one of the best PSU manufacturers in the world. And 750w is fine if you want to leave the possibility of adding a second 970 for SLI in the future

I'm going to 2 way sli in the future so i just got the higher wattage for then saves me the hassle of buying another PSU
i will get a water cooler (possibly Corsair h100i) then oc to 4.4GHz+ then but i will look into the XFX and SeaSonic PSU's

Cheers

Oh so i did good?
you read my mind i will be sli-ing in the future

If you want a cheaper solution than the H100i, try the noctua NH-u14s

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu14s

Amazing performance for the size of it, I reckon it could get to 4.4 no problem and after that it's up to you if the extra spend on a h100i is worth it for the ~300mhz increase

I heard Noctua had good cooling capabilities i just didnt know where to start

cheers

1 in 1 out is usually fine, but getting an extra pair of fans couldn't hurt (especially as you're in oz and it's bloody hot there mate)

Yea I might get the Corsair AF120 Performance (maybe? idk, i dont care about noise and they don't look half bad either) https://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-fan-co9050004ww
Not a bad price for 2
haha i might need to keep this one inside, might melt
