Solution
Simply put, build your own. You'll get a better overall pc for the money spent, it's not difficult, and you can allocate money where you want to.
The A10 has a built-in GPU, which has a decent video performance at best if combined with high speed RAM. While they are nice chips do not expect to play all settings maxed, more all settings on medium at 1080p. Also the CPU itself is not the best performer out there. They can only perform really well when overclocked, and this requires good cooling, a good overclocking motherboard and a decent PSU (all of which this built has not).

Usually for the same budget you might be able to get a much better performing combo with an AMD 860k x4 or i3 combined with a dedicated GPU.

720p would do just fine probably, 1080p not so much. You can probably get by on medium settings though at 1080p. My wife has an A8 laptop paired with ddr3 1866mhz that does surprisingly well at 720p. I'd guess that a better/newer APU at 1080p would do about the same. Is this a prebuilt setup, or are you selecting parts individually?

The whole PC costs $400 USD, so im wondering if it would be better to just get this, or if i should look for a better one at a higher price...
