It's not horrible, but it will start showing it's age a bit in the graphics department. That's easily solved as the Cpu can support the fastest cards out today. For that price it's a good buy though. Remember, you will need an OS as well(keyboard/mouse/monitor and speakers too).
cbag :
Yeah its pretty good for $300. Maybe $375 - 400 max. You will need to have or buy windows (another $90ish), a monitor ($100) a keyboard and mouse ($40) and speakers or headphones/earbuds (you probably already have)
So you'll be out ~$600 total.
I already have a monitor and isn't there a free windows that just asks you to activate?
Yup, you can use windows for free, you'll have to bear the "Windows is not activated"...

okay thank you
You're welcome.
What fps and settings do you think I could play games at with this PC? I'm looking at playing games like cs: go and g-mod to games like GTA 5 and Battlefield 1.

Hard to tell really, but assuming your resolution as 1080P I would predict:
CS: GO - Maxed Out - 150 FPS Average
Garry's mod - Maxed Out - 300 FPS Average
GTA 5 - High - 70 FPS Average
Battlefield 1 - High - 60 FPS Average
