For 1500$ is it good ? or should i edit some parts ?

 
If the monitor is included in the $1500 price you prob did pretty well. You could prob get an i5 and 1600MHZ RAM to save a little money maybe? 2400MHZ ddr3 sounds expensive. and i7 is pretty expensive too. The r9 290 should play games pretty well though.
