i have been playing video games for a bit on my laptop, but it recently broke down. I plan on building new desktop in about a month when i have enough money for it and new help finding want parts to use for under $1000. I want to start streaming on twitch with this build, mostly league of legends, but I also want to be able to play games like gta v with constant fps and decent settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: I actually would go with this on further thought, the xeon gives you hyperthreading which would be a very good benefit for streaming.

I mistake this PSU from tier 2 version, chipset also, he need xeon for streaming, i5 is not enough for this task.

Yes Xeon E3 1231 v3 performs about the same as non- K i7 4770 you get 4 more threads than with i5-s which will help with your streaming

But the XEON DeathRabit picked doesnt have extra threads it will perform about the same as i5 4590 which is way cheaper

Yes they are, they are as powerful as i5's, with the added benefit of hyperthreading. The biggest difference aside from hyperthreading AFAIK is that Xeon's do not have an iGPU, which is irrelevant since you have a dedicated GPU.
