CPU: Intel core i7 4770K @3.50ghz. GPU: MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Twin Frozr 4GB. PSU: Corsair 750 Watt power supply. RAM: 8GB Kingston Hyper X. Motherboard: Asus Z87M-Plus. There won't be any bottle necking or anything will there?

I've already built the system lol. But the GPU I have is £100 cheaper than a 770. And the PSU....Power is power right? Current one is 80 plus rated so I don't know why that is not good enough.

The Corsair is likely a pretty good power supply (would need more info), but "power is power" is most certainly not correct. Quality power supplies do more to protect your components from ripple and noise and the various negative things that can happen with your power. 80-plus is simply an expression of how efficient your PSU is. Poor power supplies are like running your car without an oil filter or your furnace/ac without a filter on the blower.
